My experience at the Flamingo Las Vegas Hotel was disappointing, especially given its prime location on the Strip and its iconic history. While it’s one of the oldest hotels in Las Vegas, unfortunately, that is also evident in its overall condition.

Mini fridge wasnt working. Staff assured ne that they would get it replaced. Took 6 calls to manger to have problem corrected. Heater wasnt working maintenance man showed up.at 4 am to fixed it. Hotel needs to be kept up with and cleaned correctly.

In the 24 and 25th of December they didn’t clean our room, which was 21025. They also charged us additional fees that were not included in the plan we bought from Expedia. So in total after they charge you for your room they are going to add some hidden fees from nowhere.

Flamingo electronic lock system was basically broken. People were struggling to make elevators go to their floors because you have to use the key and then quickly press the floor button. And it worked may be every 3rd time. Almost every time I saw somebody missing the floor. Also, parking garage exit was broken with a huge line of cars trying to exit. Here again the room keys didn't work as expected and everybody had to use the call button to exit.

Room old wall paper peeling felt more like sleeping in a motel. If you like a extra firm mattress this is your place. Bathroom toilet not cleaned well. Filthy Casino dirty elevator that rattled, overall a poorly keep hotel to be on the strip. It’s like owners don’t care just all about the money, entire hotel could use remodeling looks rundown. Parking a hassle room key card never worked daily charge of $20 to park even for those staying there plus a $50 a night resort fee. Worst experience will never stay here again first and last time.

the grounds were cleaner than my room. the table in the room has not been cleaned in a very long time judging by the amount of rings on it. there was trash on the floor upon check-in. multiple ceiling lights in the bathroom didn't work. the vent in the bathroom has never been cleaned. dirt under the bathroom sink. the bathroom mirror didnt work. and most important the BLACK MOLD in the shower which has led to my current sinus infection
