Meget venligt og hjælpsomt personale, rent værelse og fællesarealer, men der var en mærkeligt lugt på vores værelse som ikke gik væk. Der manglede liggestole ved poolen, der var flere dage ikke nok. Ellers et rigtigt godt ophold.

Un super séjour en amoureux dans ce palace. Le personnel est gentil, souriant et aux petits soins. Tout est si beau et très propre. La piscine nous a bien rafraîchi et le petit déjeuné était parfait. La literie est confortable et malgré que l’hôtel soit situé sur une grande rue passante nous n’entendions absolument rien. Hâte de revenir !

Huoneeni oli erillisrakennuksessa, jossa oli hyvin epämiellyttävä hajuhaitta. Siihen toki tottui, mutta oli ikävä. Huone oli maantasossa, yhtenä aamuna huoneessa oli muurahaisarmeija. Henkilökunta hoiti tilanteen ammattimaisesti. Huone oli muutoin täysin siisti. Ihanaa oli, että joka päivänä oli matkavinkki, missä voisi käydä katsomassa Lissabonin nähtävyyksiä sängyllä odottammassa. Aamupala oli ihana, maailman parasta appelsiinimehua!!! Henkilökunta oli hyvin avulias ja palvelu oli ensiluokkaista.

I loved it. My room was immense, with a balcony and huge windows, the staff couldn't have been more helpful and I'm definitely planning to stay there again. Truly a delight!

Very nice, clean hotel in a nice part of town. Took 15 minute metro ride from Lisbon airport. Then it was a 3-5 minute walk from the Saldanha metro station. Breakfast was amazingly perfect. I will stay again if I come back to Lisbon.

It is hard to even explain the experience that this hotel brings. It was unique and beautiful. I booked this place at the end of my trip and wish I had stayed longer. The staff were so helpful and kind. You truly feel like you are staying in a palace.

We stayed at this hotel for a week and had a wonderful experience. The room was very spacious, with a lovely balcony, and the breakfast was excellent. The bus stop is just a one-minute walk from the hotel, making it easy to get to the city center and other parts of the city. On arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find a complimentary bottle of wine, pastries, and fresh fruit waiting for us in our room, which was a lovely welcome.

Unique boutique style hotel. We loved our stay. Great attention to detail in the hotel building itself and from all the staff. Right on major bus routes into the Centre (10 minutes) and beyond. Lovely freshly made breakfast buffet. Highly recommended if you want to feel like you’ve stayed in an old beautiful authentic Lisbon building and not another faceless 4 star hotel. Good range of local restaurants and cafes with Portuguese and Italian food.

Beautiful property with gorgeous furnishings, amazing art, comfortable bed and friendly and helpful staff. The hotel does front a busy road, but we used white noise apps to mute the noise.

Staff was amazing, the best service, check in, breakfast, check out. They were so welcoming and made us feel like we were royalty. Room was amazing, food was incredible and the inn is gorgeous. But the best part was the service! Highly recommend this location.

This is a very cool and different place to stay. It is old and the windows and doors do not keep out the noise from outside but you're trading quirkiness for something that isn’t new. We were really happy staying there. The pool is lovely and staff were really nice. The bed was super comfortable, loved having the balcony off the room. Shower was excellent. They really try to make it as modern as possible while still keeping that feeling of being in an old home in the middle of Lisbon.
