Check-in was quick and easy. The property is well located, in a quiet location on the edge of Ullapool and easily walkable into town. The communal areas (conservatory, garden) advertised on the site were not accessible to us. We also did not have a loch view. A continental breakfast was mentioned on the listing, but the night before our stay we received an email saying our booking was on a room-only basis. The owners did provide food recommendations in town, however. Could clearly hear the guests in adjoining rooms.

Excellent location on loch. Friendly hosts and excellent breakfast. They recently bought the B&B and are transitioning. The website does not have the correct telephone number and the photos of rooms and descriptions don’t exactly match. I assume this is all temporary. A bit heavy on scented products particularly aromatherapy.
