After trying to reach her for 2 hours ahe said she was out shopping and didn't have her phone with her. After 30 hours of transit and two kids in the car on xmas eve I had to boom somewhere else, And Jacqueline steadfastly refused to refund me. Avoid. "

"The entire hotel is dated and needs an upgrade, the room is not comfortable due to the lack of attention to detail in terms of layout, the floors & furniture is damaged and dirty and the room requires quite a bit of general maintenance.
The parking setup was not properly explained and communicated either.
