"Despite being right next to a train track, sleep was easy and comfortable. The owners are very communicative and easy to work with. It is a true B&B experience, so if you're not comfortable sharing common spaces and/or meal times, keep that in mind. I would highly recommend the Anderson Inn to anyone wanting to stay in/near Alderson."

I expected the shower would have a mix of hot and cold called warm but alas the settings were cold af or melt my skin. The bed is from 1997. I expected at 8 when I woke up that the county store might have coffee. I hoped that they’d have cleaned the floors from the previous people and there wouldn’t be ants all over the floor. That was allllll silly expectations...

"Manager was wonderful! She really helped us out because I booked the wrong accommodations . She fixed it for me! She also gave us a secure place to keep our electric bikes. The motel itself is dirty, old and bed was very uncomfortable. Would not recommend."
