"A nice hotel in the mountains near lake Como. Host and personnel are very friendly and speak English. Room, dinner and breakfast are good and overall it was an enjoyable stay. Please note that the road near the lake can be tricky with small passages and tight corners. I preferred taking the road inland from and to Como as this is an overall more relaxed drive. "

"Well, Expedia wrote $5 city tax at booking time, the host charged CHF 11.50 ($15!) right before the stay. Even worse, to be paid either by a weird local swiss payment system or paypal. Nothing else, no cash no credit card. Not great at all. Also quite noisy apartment. Otherwise clean and ok. "
