"The worst part was, they saw we weren’t locals, and since we wanted to check in early, they said we’d have to take a room without a bathtub.
I told them, “My room includes a bathtub, doesn’t it? Or are you going to give me a refund then?” Only then did they say they’d check if there was one ready.
And later, they even gave me fewer amenities just because I checked in alone — they only gave one bottle of water instead of two, and even took away one of the room key cards."
"Good location. Staff are polite and helpful. Breakfast has lots of varieties and starts from 3:00am. Free airport shuttle bus service is an advantage."
