Hotel staff ruined our stay
Staff at front desk not very friendly or helpful. In fact, check-in was not the best. Had to keep going down to the desk to request towels (for 3 people, they gave us 2 towels, 0 washcloths and 2 handtowels), plus toilet paper was almost empty. Chair to desk was way too low and did not match the desk by size, so was very uncomfortable to use. Each time I went to front desk, people were not very helpful and, in fact, one lady gave me a hard time about towels. Said it was THEIR policy to only give us 2 towels. She was very snottty until another woman came from behind wall area and handed me two more towels. Coffee was complimentary but was lukewarm in urn.
