Well, we were not expecting greatness in Arco, Idaho, we were however, at least hoping for a decent place to put our heads down for the night. There are absolutely no amenities at the facility or the town itself. The room was less than clean and when we arrived, there was still Garbage on the floor.
Hanger was broken and left on the floor by the housekeeping
Smoke detector had been removed from the wall
Door was bent so we had a nice cool breeze all night
No covers over the lights in the bathroom

Peggy was awesome and very helpful. The property itself was clean, but felt unmaintained and not updated, furniture did not match and I felt like it was put together from good will items...

Clean bathroom but facility was rundown. Smaller bed in room than advertised. No bedside table. I didn't complain as we were out doing other things and came back late.

Front desk clerk was surly. The first room she gave us had not been cleaned. The second room she gave us also hadn’t been cleaned! She gave us a room upgrade to a room that indeed had been clean. However, the pedestal table top kept chipping, so whatever we put on the table fell to the floor. When I tried to open a drawer, the handle fell off. No clothes hangers. The air conditioning worked well. Location was fine.

Convenient - close to the Craters of the Moon National Monument. Amenities could be better - there were no coffee facilities in the room, and the icemaker was broken (and used for storing styrofoam cumps). There was a coffee maker in the ice/soda room, but no coffee or filters were visible.

A no frills motel that afforded a great night’s sleep. Super comfy bed, great shower pressure with plenty of hot water. Easy drive to Craters of the Moon. Disappointed there was no coffee in the morning. (Yes, coffee is important to me- found some at the gas station)

Peggi was cheerful and did a great job at check in and making sure we knew everything. The Arco Inn is a nice small town motel which was in a good location. the rooms were very neat and clean. A great place to spend
