I appreciated the man in the reception whom helped me to check in, the building is old but you can see their staffs put a lot of efforts since the first stair to this accommodation, stairs are bright and shining. As mentioned, building is old which means the drains and tubes are old also, to be honest, a bit smelly in bathroom, you can keep the door closed then it won't effect the room. The double bed is soft and cozy. I'll suggest foreigners to write your questions to receptionist first, they don't speak English but they try their best to help, just give them a few minutes to translate and to know your needs. And the following words aren't accommodation's fault, it's about other guests' ethic, they turned the TV's volume loud, talked loud, no matter in their room, balcony, corridor, kitchen...etc. Overall, I enjoyed my stay in Kisla.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Die Pension liegt sehr zentral und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle zum Flughafen ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Sauberes Hotel, freundliches Personal, starkes wlan. Absolut zu empfehlen. Danke Ahmet Bey

The stand out feature of the budget friendly pansiyon is the quality of the staff and service you receive. The most adorable Hannah was so welcoming, so kind, so knowledgeable, and very caring about your comfort and stay there, and your time in Turkey to be the best. Our room was big, clean, with brand new air conditioning. The bathroom was functional, but the water was hot and the towels large. Yes it’s basic but your get the most excellent value for money and I felt totally safe at all times. Would highly recommend! Thanks kisla pansiyon…. You’re fantastic 💜

The price was unbeatable. Do not expect luxury, it is an old haus, but it is clean, calm, the beds were comfortable. There is also a kitchen for common use, but we didn't have enough time to use it. We had only one night stay, and I would recomend it.

Amazing staff, little English but I speak no Turkish aside from hello and a butchered thank you. I booked a single room and was given a private room though more than a single - single would've been fine, but it was nice to be able to stretch my legs :) Took away a few stars on cleanliness, because while there was nothing to worry about with linens (starchy clean, fresh) or the room cleanliness (surfaces wiped, no dust, no bad smell), the bathrooms were very mid. They were serviceable and I did not feel like I couldn't use it - the toilet bowl was unclean where the water was and a few detail cleaning places on sink, but no mould and it appeared everything you actually touch is wiped down. Top tier value for money, and is much nicer than places I have stayed at same price point. Be warned of stairs. If you have heavy luggage you will be unhappy... Also a nice small vintage camera collection at the back of the reception booth :)
