I appreciated the man in the reception whom helped me to check in, the building is old but you can see their staffs put a lot of efforts since the first stair to this accommodation, stairs are bright and shining. As mentioned, building is old which means the drains and tubes are old also, to be honest, a bit smelly in bathroom, you can keep the door closed then it won't effect the room.
The double bed is soft and cozy.
I'll suggest foreigners to write your questions to receptionist first, they don't speak English but they try their best to help, just give them a few minutes to translate and to know your needs.
And the following words aren't accommodation's fault, it's about other guests' ethic, they turned the TV's volume loud, talked loud, no matter in their room, balcony, corridor, kitchen...etc.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay in Kisla.
