Staff posted a piece of paper on the lobby door in the morning saying that breakfast was 6-9, causing us to miss breakfast based on the days we had planned. It was also advertised that we would be granted discounted Shepler’s ferry tickets, however we were told by staff that they didn’t have any and so the ferry was incredibly expensive.

Get the balcony, you won’t regret it
LOVED the balcony. Nice that they called and asked if we needed anything. Overall the room was excellent. Towels seemed end of season and the fitness room was closed but we were fall so very minor matter I would definitely recommend this hotel.
