住宿環境滿好、設備看起來是新的，房間、浴室和廁所都很乾淨整齊。離地鐵站很近，離景點稍遠。櫃檯服務還不錯，需要注意Check in 前寄行李免費，Check out後寄行李會收2.5歐。

地理位置佳、環境舒適
地理位置就走Alfonso Martinez 地鐵站附近。整體而言很乾淨。洗澡和廁所雖然是共用，但是有分男女，滿乾淨的。一樓和頂樓都有共用空間可以使用，非常適合坐著聊天、喝一杯、用電腦等。如果提早到也可以坐在那等入住時間。唯一的缺點就是它刷卡進房時的關門聲太大了，如果是和別人一起住的情況，很難好好入睡。要特別注意，這裡寄放行李要2.5歐元。

Safestay is great!
Safestay is amazing! The location is wonderful, near Metro, supermarket, spanish restaurants... It's very convenient for me to attend international congress this time. Besides, receptionists and staff are friendly, willing to answers questions and offer assistance. For example, I couldn't use my plug in the electric socket at room, so I ask help from a nice male receptionist. He lent me a new plug free, and I returned it to another female desk clerk when checked out. I deeply appreciate his kindness! Thank you! Safestay is safe indeed!

Wifi需要每天登入一次，但是免費 有些地方wifi訊號不強，common area大多沒有信號。 房間乾淨整潔，置物櫃需要自己帶鎖。 員工友善而且願意幫忙，check out之後可以免費放行李。 位置在大街上，晚上不用走小巷，但離景點稍遠。到機場約40分鐘。

Nice location but noisy at night
We know it’s an hostel, but it really noisy during the night. We can always hear the noise from our neighbors while they were closing the door. During the night we can hear the music from our neighbor as well. Lots of people made lots of noise during the night that made me hard to fall asleep. However the location is great and the room is spacious.

Very clean!
U hostel is located in the area a bit far away from the city centre and it even takes a few minutes to walk to the metro station, so it might be more or less inconvenient for those party animals. Rooms are very clean. I can even say it's one of the cleanest ones I've ever lived. As for the common areas and the staffs, they are fine but can progress more. It might be a bit disappointing for those travelers who wish to make friends during the stay.

You get what you pay for
I stayed in two hostels during this trip. Compared to another, U Hostels´s front desk service was not as good. The personnel was impatient when I requested touring info. And they charge for almost everything additional. But overall, nice value for money.

En general la experiencia es buena, las habitaciones son espaciosas y encontré hartos baños. No me gustó que las zonas comunes son algo pequeñas y que no ofrecen toallas ni jabones como sucede en otros hostales en el mundo.

Hostel facile à trouver. Le personnel a l'accueil est accueillant et efficace, y compris pour vous donner de bonnes adresses. Les chambres sont propres mais pas très insonorisées. Les sanitaires sont nettoyés plusieurs fois par jours, rien a dire là dessus. On y était pour Noël, pas très fréquenté a cette période là Un bon séjour dans tout les cas

No está mal.
Muy buena ubicación, La habitación (para 4 personas) es bastante cómoda. La cama es amplia, aunque no cuenta con cortinilla. El hostal es un poco ruidoso, eso sí. El que los baños y las duchas estén fuera de las habitaciones es un punto bastante positivo, ya que siempre hay alguno libre y casi siempre están limpios. Está más que bien para el precio que tiene.
