We stayed here last year and looked at no other place to stay this year. Location is great and is walking distance to many of the attractions. Staff is fantastic and always goes abive and beyond

Fantastic! Our new go to!

The beds were so comfy, and the room were clean. I loved the rocking chairs right outside our room. The pool was clean and a comfortable temp. It was close to so much so we could walk to most things.

We love this place

Our stay is always amazing here. The staff are super nice and helpful and the atmosphere is always light and happy. The hotel itself is always clean and well maintained and the grounds are always beautiful. It literally makes you feel like it’s your home away from home the way it has hanging baskets on every floor and sitting areas outside the rooms. It is conveniently located in town where you can walk and not have to drive. We love this place and are repeat visitors when we come up to the mountains.

This was my favorite day on my vacation. The rooms were so clean bed was very comfortable. I felt like I was at home. The staff was excellent. The grounds were beautiful and we enjoyed being able to walk to so many wonderful things to do.

4th of July at the Arbors!

The staff were all very nice and accommodating. Grounds are absolutely gorgeous, a tropical island in the middle of a concrete jungle! 24 hour pool/spa and nightly music/stories were nice. Our room had some electrical issues which were not corrected, so keep on working on those renovations!!

Great Hotel for Kids

Our kids had a blast at this hotel and did not want to leave. We were in town to go to Dollywood and I regret not having more time to just relax at the hotel. From before we checked in to after we left the communication was amazing. They even called on our second day to see if there was anything we needed. The hotel is older but they have done a lot to keep it updated and it is one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed at. The landscaping on the property is beautiful and there are sitting areas everywhere along the patios. The kids loved the towel elephant that greeted us on the first day. There is a gazebo with a gas fireplace where they have smores every night. There is a singalong on Thursday through Sunday evenings. They have free lemonade, coffee, tea, fruit, and donuts all day long in the lobby. There is a small arcade with some old games like Pacman for the kids to play too. The pool is heated and open 24 hours. We loved our stay here and hope to be back soon.

Clean, comfortable bed

Room was clean but did smell if over use of disinfectant spray or some type of spray they used. Was overwhelming when you first came into the room. We did not get housekeeping the second day we were there. I just went and got clean towels at 7 PM. Housekeeper head never came to our room.
