Not good
The room had and strong and strange odor that remained until night, why ignore what it was. The front desk service started good but turned bad when I requested to fix the tv signal 3 times. I spoke with 3 different employees who worked there that they and ALL they promised to do something about it and no one did NOTHING. The food was ok even when the lady at the bar tried hard to keep up with the demand BY HERSELF.

My assign room 221, I first notice dried paint dripping on the bathroom, the broken tile next to the shower. Shower door wouldn't close completely so i had to put a towel to absorb the water. The shampoo dispenser fell off the wall, while i was showering. I was stuck on with adhesive, and the sink drain very slow. It wasn't worth the price.

Not a great experience
Bed was hard and you could feel the springs, room was not cleaned before check in. Dust everywhere, floor sticky, curtains visibly soed. Bathroom covered in dirt. Shower head would not adjust and felt like it was going to fall out of the wall.

We love the Fairfield it just needs to be updated.
There was a bandana left in the room, the tub was dirty and the plug would not work to be able to take a bath. The bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way. Also the description when I booked stated that the hotel was newly renovated. It has not been, I inquired at the desk, they will be renovating it soon.
