Terrible conditions

We have stayed at a many hotels this has been one of the worst as far as cleanliness. We got to the hotel there were no linens for the sofa sleeper. So my son went down and asked for linens they gave him damp pillow because it was like it had been washed and bagged with the bed linens everything in the bag smelt moldy. The draw blinds were broken and one had a pull string with a paper clip holding the pole together and was very difficult to close. Very disappointing. I have stayed at many Fairfield's and sister hotels of Marriot. I am in disbelief on how this one has been kept up.

Jerome at the front desk was professional and amazing. I was coming in late from Dallas and he made sure my room was saved and even signed me up for Marriott reward points. The entire stay was amazing.

Hotel employees were outstanding! Front desk person was great. Very helpful. Help us find a restaurant. The only thing that I can complain about is the mattress. It was awful.

Showed up for check in and hotel was dark except for two staff in lobby with emergency lights on. They had my reservation but told me power outage had shut hotel down. I received no notification of this via email or text from the hotel or Travelocity. Was told I was “on my own” to find accomodation elsewhere. Luckily, Best Western nearby had rooms availble. POOR performance by both Travelocity and Fairfield/Marriott in not making contact.

Location was good for graduation but the hotel water pressure was horrible. Barely had enough water to brush teeth, take shower or flush toilet. When I inquired about it to the front desk they acted like it was the first they heard of it and said they would let maintenance know. However other guest had the same problem so they had to be aware of this but didn’t inform guest but still took their money like it was no issue. I was not happy about this.

Not good

The room had and strong and strange odor that remained until night, why ignore what it was. The front desk service started good but turned bad when I requested to fix the tv signal 3 times. I spoke with 3 different employees who worked there that they and ALL they promised to do something about it and no one did NOTHING. The food was ok even when the lady at the bar tried hard to keep up with the demand BY HERSELF.
