For as well designed as this property is, the experience was a DRASTIC disappointment - like past due lettuce on a Ruby Tuesday buffet. Some staff were notably helpful like Kejeah , while others acted like they would rather be anywhere else (watching videos loudly on their phone at the front desk in response to my partner and I speaking in front of her) than assist guest with hospitality. Upon arrival, 1st flag was the huge light fixture that was falling out of the ceiling and about to fall on us . . . maintenance was called and it was repaired. 2nd flag - the AC unit routinely stopped working in the middle of the night and needed to be reset. We should never have been checked into to this room. Next flag, they offered water at front desk and n room with lovely coffee machine, except half way through my stay they ran out. No water station anywhere to be found and the to go water cups the restaurant provided (whenever you could find them open) were toddler sized at best. You may die of dehydration so I encourage you to bring your own water. To have no restock between Wednesday and Sunday is unacceptable. To call downstairs for anything (extra towels, valet service, etc) usually ended with no response although Housekeeping was excellent. Speaking of the Valet - whichever 3rd party company should have a cancelled contract - as the in house staff frequently had to retrieve vehicles anyway and the representative was NEVER at the station. I DO NOT RECOMMEND
