Very good!

This villa is so great, I stayed in room type with jacuzzi, only water for jacuzzi is warm...not hot, it's chill at night time in Sep, so it's a little bit cold with warm water. For the rest are very good, friendly staff, bed and pillows are very soft & comfortable,cleaness room, great location( right in shopping area). Will definitely chose this villa again!

十分便利，位置極佳的villa

villa的設計感很好，床和沙發都很舒適，浴室在戶外，可以享受在大自然中泡澡，但是房間內的冷氣運轉聲頗大，應該是因為門窗都不是密閉式的。工作人員都很友善，盡力協助我們的需求，每天的清潔工作都很確實。早餐的選擇蠻多的，也很美味，只不過果汁不是現打的。villa的地理位置很棒。逛街用餐都很方便，附近有Bali Deli生鮮超市可以買東西回來自己煮。

飯店鄰境大街,逛街方便.

看的出來有些陳舊, 但飯店人員和善. 住房內廁所窗戶損壞無法鎖起. 如果可以改進.可能會更好. 早餐非廚師到房間直接現做,事由服務人員送達,跟部分Villa不太一樣.

游泳池落葉太多浴室太老舊蚊子大軍橫掃半夜三更還有松鼠來偷吃食物不過位置適中如果有特別價格的話還算可以住啦

部屋での朝食サービスはメニューも限られる。冷蔵庫が冷えない。テレビの画質も良くない。何より充電できるソケットが足りない。ジャグジーも壊れていた。

ヴィラはスミニャクの賑やかな通りから入った便利な場所にありますでもとても静かで、朝は野鳥の声で起こされます近所の日本人女性がオーナーでオーガニックのVelde Cafeやアジア最大のスタバなど超オススメ、ビンタンスーパーマーケットも徒歩圏内です部屋はベッドルームだけが室内で、リビングやダイニング、シャワー、トイレ、バスタブは屋外ですが壁に囲まれているので、プライバシーは全く問題ありません夕方になると、リビングと洗面所に蚊取り線香を焚いてくれるので、虫にもほとんど刺されなかったです朝食はアメリカンBF、インドネシア、和食から選べて部屋のダイニングで頂きますホテルスタッフもフレンドリーです 7月の連休を利用して２泊しましたが、日本よりずっと涼しく快適でしたバリ感を満喫したいのであれば、おススメします

It was fine. Lovely area. Pool was cold. Very spacious. As shared soft furnishings showing wear. Pretty hard for places to compete in this area as the standard is high this was ok.

가성비 수영장 숙소

친절하고 수영장과 침실도 예상보단 편안하고 좋았습니다. 다만 연식이 있는 샤워 부스와 가구들이 세월의 흔적이 있었습니다. 샤워실 수압이 매우 약했으며, 샤워실 모기장이 뜯겨있어서 수리가 필요 할 것 같습니다.

Unsafe, dirty, poorly fitted out and maintained

This villa is unsafe for children!!!! Unorganised staff and unhelpful management! No sound isolation at all- you can hear your neighbours every word when they party at 4am. Poor quality fittings. Not very clean. One of the worst hotel experiences I have had. Their system didn’t recognise our booking so they weren’t ready for us at 8pm. So we dragged our kids to a restaurant and waited until 9pm to get into our room. The 2 bedroom villa is actually and a 1 bedroom villa with a studio bedroom- and these are separated by a pool. The walkway between the bedrooms is literally a gappy bridge across the pool. This is completely unsafe for a 3 year old to stay in a room without parents as they could easily slip into the pool. We had to stay the one night due to the late arrival. This was awful due to the noise from next door (including setting off fireworks at 2am). Then Kanishka refused to let us check out a day early. Happy to pay for the night we stayed- but just want to leave and refund the 2nd night. Luckily hotels.com stepped in and refunded us. The hotels.com help desk was amazing and we are very grateful to them. Absolutely horrible stay- so much so it’s almost comical. One shower didn’t work and the toilet leaked at the bottom. The list just goes on and on. I just don’t see how any parent could possibly feel comfortable with the bedroom setup for small children. We had to split up the adults so one stayed in each bedroom with a kid- not at all what you intend for a holiday!

Good location, easy access ro supermarket, massage and restaurants. Staff friendly and helpful. Villa a bit dated, need freahening up in areas. Soft furnishings bit grubby, need replacing.
