This location is unique! High tech, clean, friendly staff. No daily housekeeping but it was easy to request contactless delivery of new towels and pickup of used ones. Tesla supercharging (for a fee) and Tesla destination charging (for free) onsite. Our only complaint is how thin the walls are. We could hear our neighbor’s conversations as if they were in our room. Luckily, the neighboring unit was only occupied for a few of the nights we were there.

Everything was great at the hotel. The only thing we didn’t like was the AI pictures on the wall. Also, a laundry machine in room or a laundry service on-premise would be great! Clean room. Nice appliances. Staff was very nice. The hot tub was okay...not fabulous. We were their for 5 nights and only got one tab for the dishwasher. When we asked for another one, they expected us to buy them at their shop, but they only came in a package of 12. Kind of ridiculous. Lots of construction going on so noisy during the day.

The 2 room suite was huge and super clean. The staff were very helpful. This hotel was north of the stadium and a short drive to the strip. We had a full kitchen and were able to cook to save time and money. I will definitely be staying here again if the price is good.

The hotel looks modern in the photos and the suite was very spacious, but the actual stay was not as comfortable as expected. The mobile phone key system was slow and inconvenient, and since you need to pass through multiple locked doors to reach your room, you have to keep taking out your phone to unlock each one. The soundproofing was extremely poor because of the very thin connecting door — I could clearly hear the neighbors talking and singing late at night and early in the morning, and even see light coming through, which made it hard to rest. The room design is minimal and there are very few drawers or storage spaces, so it is not practical for longer stays. Cleanliness also needs improvement as there was a pair of shoes left on the floor by the previous guest when I checked in. The space and design are nice, but convenience, privacy, and housekeeping standards do not match the expectations.

We had 2 different stays here only 2 weeks apart. The rooms are nice and clean, spacious. The location is great, off the strip but close by. The main issue with the property is how loud it is. Like there is ZERO soundproofing. I know all hotels have issues but it sounds like literal elephants are stomping if you have someone above you. You can hear the entire conversation of the people in the room next to you as if you are in the same room. We gave it a second try because it is a nice property and asked for the top floor, which was accommodated and appreciated. They put so much into AI, but really should have invested in better soundproofing.

This hotel was gorgeous, and such a cool idea for everything to be automated! The bar was top notch with friendly staff. The front desk was helpful. The hotel was brand new and squeaky clean! The suite was so gorgeous and spacious with a balcony that had a lovely view of the Las Vegas strip! I love that this hotel was far enough away from the Vegas action to be peaceful and quiet, but close enough to marvel at. Parking was ample and we were able to easily park our SUV with a cargo trailer attached. We did have a few glitches along the way. For instance the automated process for opening the door wasn’t working and we had to call for help. They ended up needing to replace the batteries in the panel. Also, some promised features weren’t yet available (such as room service) which was disappointing. However I do understand that this hotel is brand new and even still in the works, so some things may just not be ready yet. We had trouble being able to watch the tv as the remote kept switching control between the bedroom and the living room which was ewually confusing, funny, and frustrating. The bathroom shower didn't have a door or curtain, it was like a partial panel of glass, which resulted in some water going all over the floor during a normal shower. I’m not sure why that would be the choice for the shower. The towels were soft and the bed was comfy. Overall, we really did enjoy our stay at this lovely suite and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Vegas.

Hotel is nice but the beds were horrible. Very hard mattress, and every time you roll over the bed makes noise, loud noises. We had four beds in our suite and every bed was like that. Really need to do something with the beds because it’s a beautiful hotel and rooms are nice but those beds need to go, believe the reviews when they all complain about them. Just horrible beds. The windows aren’t very good at keeping outside noise out either. Could hear cars and people talking. Staff was friendly, I asked for Kleenex to be replaced when we ran out and it never was, we were all sick with colds so that wasn’t pleasant not having tissue. Would have liked an ice machine, they had a few tiny bottles of water in kitchen but if you have thirsty people you had to walk down to the first floor to the drinking fountain. Pools and hot tub was nice. Unless they upgrade the beds I probably wouldn’t stay there again.
