When we arrived in our room we found blood on one of the pillows and a dirty wash cloth hanging in the shower. The shower drain barely drained. The sink drain very slow as well. The mirror was also dirty. When I called to get a clean pillow the front desk did not apologize and say they would give us any time of discount. We also never got the trash removed from our room or clean towels for the next nights stay. For what we paid it was not up to standard

Over all the room was okay. But the shower wasnt the best the shower head wasnt all the way attached and only had one setting which wasnt very good water presser to wash out my hair. Also it was hard to keep the thing pull to switch it from tub to shower.

Room in my opinion was not very clean. Looked like it had not been vacuumed in a while. The sink would not drain properly and the tub looked like it had a blood stain in the bottom.

S**t on the bed.
Well started off by noticing what we pray was chocolate on the top cover under one of the pillows… proceeded to get into the jacuzzi to try and relax. As I was laying there I started to notice hair all around the faucet, what I believe was skin cells in the water, and a control knob missing. Called down to the front desk for assistance only be hung up on by Deja. The audacity. She proceeded to keep the phone off the line for approximately 10 minutes once my husband was able to get a hold of her. It was nothing but pure attitude. Mind you we booked this room specifically with the Jacuzzi as it was our honeymoon and celebration of one year of sobriety.

Customer service
The hotel was basically empty I showed up 20 minutes before my check-in time. They said the only way they could allow me into my room was if I paid an extra $30 even though the room was ready and the hotel was empty. The front desk crew was very dismissive and were not familiar with the property enough to direct me to my room. The staff could use some training on customer service.

They have Gestapo goons who monitor the covered drop off/pickup area. I stopped there and took my bag inside to check-in and took my bag to the room. Before I could get back downstairs to move my car they were already at my door that I had to do that immediately. It couldn’t have been more than 10 minutes including check in. They escorted me down the elevator and outside to make sure that I moved my car. I will NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN. Rooms were badly in need of redecorating. Pathetic excuse for a hotel. I never spent a dime in their casino either. DON’t STAY HERE!!!!
