The first night we had no heat, we had to change rooms. The person I spoke with was extremely rude and condescending! The second night we had no WiFi or water for over two hours, with two small children it was not very pleasant! We felt we should have been compensated but no one even apologized for the inconvenience!

Grand Canyon History

Beautiful cabin with touches of history. The decorations and thought behind each piece of decor is amazing. We love using the QR codes to learn more about the area and the history of the Grand Canyon. Breathtaking views of the stars at night. Great area to grill and sit by the fire pit. We would stay again if we ever were to visit the area. The cabin provided comfy beds, hot showers, space heater for the bathroom to take the chill out of the air in the winter, electric skillet to cook breakfast, coffee pods, creamer/sugar, and a dining table for 4. We had no issues or additional needs during our stay, as everything was provided. Absolutely a piece of art, while being comfortable and welcoming for our stay. Thank you for creating this wonderful place to stay convenient to the Grand Canyon, while being secluded enough to enjoy the stars at night.

This place was awesome! It had all the necessary amenities wrapped up in a small, cozy cabin. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was small but they had a skillet big enough to make a couple meals while we were there. I would recommend a better pull out sofa if you have a 5th person like we did. The town of Williams is adorable and it’s about an hour south of the Grand Canyon. Thanks for a relaxing stay!
