staffs are helpful when checkin. Room facilities are a little bit aged. the infinity pool is amazing with the sunset view.

quite disappointed with this hotel. We were upgraded to deluxe room. however, the room was very basic. Only a large bed inside the room without any sofa, table/ desk. Luckily we were stayed in this hotel for one night only .

方便的飯店，但附近易塞車

地點很好，飯店也有很好的view，房間也還算舒適不過房間附近有pub晚上有點吵，冷氣相對老舊也有點大聲，重點是衣櫃跟廁所共用一個門實在是很奇怪，不過除此之外其他的都很不錯，是值得推薦的飯店

靠近海灘的親切飯店

所有服務人員對外國人都好親切，不厭其煩的幫忙和說明。設備都可以使用，在飯店待一天的行程也不會無聊。邊看夕陽邊做Spa很美好，如果Spa手法和設備加強會更好，手法需要更細膩一點。

Good location/service,cleanliness need improvement

The hotel is situated just next to Kuta Beach, in close proximity to the busy Jalan Popies I and Jalan Legian, where you can drink, eat, massage and shop around. The Beachwalk shopping center is just 15 minutes walk from the hotel, which is a plus. The staff are very polite and always willing to help. Inside the room, the quilt/bed cover seems to be a bit yellowish and perhaps they should get changed. Inside the washroom, some stains are found on the wall. My room is a semi-seaview type with a balcony. The view is blocked by some trees and construction outside the room but can still see part of the beach. By the way, the hotel is a nice one.

wifi sucks! The attitude not good.

Good location , bad equipment in the room, sometimes could not work. NEVER remind u taking the deposite back ! So, dont forget that when u leave !!

Fantastic

Hotel was in a fantastic location, opposite the beach and close to Poppies and Beachwalk shopping centre. Staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast is served in a tri level room with good views of the ocean.There are two bars in the hotel , one of which is located at the pool area which closed each evening around 6.30pm! Really the Mecure need to get their act together in this regard. The rooms are small but functional

房間比照片看起來老舊而且小很多,有一些霉味,不像4星級的飯店

房間比照片看起來老舊而且小很多,有一些霉味,不像4星級的飯店,半夜1點還有人打撞球大聲嘻鬧,沒有飯店人員來出面制止! 餐廳飲食很貴,早餐每人60000元,不如去cycle K便利店吃! 住這區域只會覺得交通很亂很吵,沿街都是當地人駐守兩旁要做生意,唯一好處是離沙灘很近,衝浪較方便!!.... 這附近的消費很高,不建議住這一區!!....

nice hotel but need fans for the lobby

“The hotel had a great location—very close to the beach, restaurants, and a large shopping center. The room was nice and comfortable. However, the lobby was quite hot, and unfortunately, there were no fans or air conditioning there. The breakfast was also disappointing; we tried it on the first day and decided not to eat there again.

We had one long island ice tea, only, because it tasted like flat cola with no alcohol in. Basic popular drink, radler, not available. The double Jim Beam and come finally tasted like a normal drink but at over $20 per drink. The buffet dinner was horrible and cold with poor options. Absolute waste of money. No money change option. One good thing was when the tv didn't work they did change the tv out for a new one which was good. They also organised a taxi for us (at our cost) to the airport when we asked last minute. Hotel transfer wasn't available at the early hours we had to fly out. Wasn't an issue though, just more a heads up to keep some cash aside.

Magnifique

Fantastique, un hôtel sublime , chambre super propre et confortable, petit déjeuner varié et délicieux. Emplacement idéal face à Kuta Beach et à proximité des rues animés. Personnel au petit soin. Piscine sur le toit magnifique.
