Great stay!Clean rooms amd comfortable beds. There was a bit of wear on lamp shades in the bathroom, the gym was only a bike and elliptical, and there was no water avaliable at breakfast but those were all minor things.
Overall it was a lovely stay and the staff were all very nice. Will stay and again and recommend.

On the afternoon of the second day I couldn’t find my key in the 17 zippers of my backpack and purse so I slipped into the waiting area of the hotel. As I sat down my phone rang; it was AI charge inquiry from my bank. The desk clerk began badgering me for my name. I pointed to the phone and held up a finger for him to wait until I completed my call. He began raising his voice to tell me I had to be a registered guest to sit in my chair. I again pointed to my phone.. When I completed my call I gave him my name and sure enough I was a registered guest. I am 60+ lady, well groomed and clean. I am a Commercial Realtor coming from work. This guy needs a different job.

Reserved for two days through Hotels.com in the middle of the night from the Stanford ER due to a family emergency. At the time, I was expecting to stay two nights. When I checked in on the first day, I advised I wouldn't need the second day because my husband was being discharged. I was not able to cancel the second day without penalty. I tried to change the reservation, minutes after I made it and was not able to change without penalty. Cancelation policy too restrictive.

We arrived to check in at around 6pm only to be told that our room was damaged and that they did not have a room for us.
They said that Wotif would be in touch to organise alternative accomodation (which was a disaster in itself).
When asked why we were not notified earlier the receptionist said that he was notifying us now and that it was our bad luck.
Absolute disgrace. Avoid this place.

There was nobody at the front desk when I arrived. I called the property with no answer. After. 10 minutes a manager came in. I quickly checked in. Key to room wouldn't work. Went back to front desk and got another key. That wouldn't work either. I forced the manager to come to the room up with a new key and it didn't work either. We went back to front desk where he changed room. I made him go to the room to open, and it worked. This is a $50 hotel going for over $200. I'd highly recommend you stay elsewhere.
