Decepcionante! Para el precio que pague, es mucho para lo que ofrecen. La piscina horrible, tiene musgo. Obviamente no le dan mantenimiento. Poca agua en la ducha de los cuartos. Para desayunar en el hotel, no había llegado la persona que atiende. En él área de la piscina muy sucia, muebles viejos y dañados, botellas de cerveza en el piso, mucha basura. No me vuelvo a quedar en este hotel.

Bueno, el primer problema es que es un lugar un poco apartado, lo que genera una sensación de inseguridad el precio es alto para la ubicación e instalaciones, ya que no están mal pero son como cuquier hotel estándar, lo que si es increíble es la vista del lago y el mar está cerca hay muchos restaurantes y la playa es muy bonita

Me gustó la ubicación, sobre todo si te quieres hospedar cerca del rio, la amabilidad de la mayoría del personal y el sabor de la comida. Definitivamente lo que no me gustó fue la atención del gerente, cuando solicitamos un cambio de habitación, de inicio se negó, aún cuando la razón era debido a una falla en el aire acondicionado, sin duda un curso de atención al cliente y reconocer que el Cliente es lo más importante mejoraría mucho el servicio, es de esos hoteles que podrían otorgar una mucho mejor experiencia cuidando ese tipo de detalles…

Estancia dos familias con niños
Hotel Gran Palmeiras en Chachalacas, una opción muy recomendable, el hotel es cómodo, agradable, con un chapoteadero y una alberca, el restaurante un excelente servicio y precio, cerca de playa, llega uno caminando, la atención del personal muy buena, la habitación cómoda, con aire acondicionado, tv paga, el único detalle que le pediría al hotel poner más atención es la limpieza del baño y regadera, se veía mal lavado como a las carreras y que ya lleva tiempo de estar mal lavado, todo lo demás excelente.
