sandy floors
room was nice but floor was and felt dirty. there was a pile of sand by the officer chair and table legs. showing the room has not been cleaned or attend to in a while. there was no sand near the hotel. hotel staff was kind and friendly. hotel said it offered a game room but could not find it. pool was nice.

When i checked in to the room, i noticed the remote for the TV missing. I searched the room with no results. I did see extreme amount of dust and debris behind the dresser withe TV. Multiple placards, pens, and garbabe. I could also see that the door had been attempted to be broken into previously the door jam had dents around the latch, and the the door had no latch plate. The would also not shut. This is a fire code restriction and a safety concern if you are not aware.

Found hair in the jetted tub in my room! The jetted tub’s faucet didn’t work very well……was loose and moving around- I had to stand and hold it in place. I paided extra for the jetted tub in my room (2 night stay) and only used it once as was afraid the faucet spout and handles were going to break and I didn’t want a water flood in my room - Asked for some $ back- front desk gave me $10 off - not satisfied with that $.
