Had a king suite. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Hotels.com app said that breakfast was included and laundry facilities were available. There were no laundry facilities. Breakfast was very disappointing— only cold cereal. Breakfast option very minimal compared to other Days Inns we’ve stayed at.

Hotel from hell
Remove this Hotel from your list. This was the worst hotel ever. Furniture and bedding ripped. Carpet dirty. Left used soap in shower. Our dog found unrecognizable object under a bed. Fridge door left open leaving freezer completely full of old frost. I saw how dirty the carpet was as I had to crawl under night table to hook up lamp. No smoke alarm. Plastic walmart bag taped up on ceiling covering a hole. This place needs reported to the local health department. Hotels.com representative very nice and helpful with correcting dates of booking.

The check in went very well, even though it was 9:00pm when we arrived! The hotel looks like they have updated some parts of the rooms and lobby. The couch in our room was very worn out. The rest of the room was very clean and tidy. Breakfast was cereal and a apple, would be better not to advertise you have breakfast. Very friendly staff!

Creepy dark property
The room smells like pot which is not good at all for someone who is highly allergic to it and the smell. There are not any lights on the outside of the property for you to be able to see where you are walking or if someone is following you. The bath tub faucet leaked and you could not stop it

There were about 7-8 people outside our room with GRILLS cooking and drinking beer for hours, cursing like sailors, extremely loud. It went on till after 10:30 when I finally called the front desk. Ridiculous. Also our door lock was broken so we literally stuck a table in front of the door. The paint o the walls by the bathroom was all chipping off. We definitely will never stay here again

Great place for terrible room and rude service.
This is the only hotel in this small industrial community. I have been staying here 3 days a week for a month. Each time i have received a room that was in equally bad condition. Either the tub does not work, there are soft spots in the floor, or the desk chair is completely broken. The first week, the turndown service was great. It was cleaned and replenished, just like pre covid. The last three weeks has been different. No coffee, no new towels. I have also had to call to get things straight with my credit card charges. The assistant manager was the rudest person I have talked to in my life. She seemed annoyed that anyone was calling to ask her to do work. And when i said she was rude, she made excuses like it was my fault, the customer, for calling. It is literally the only Hotel in Oceola Ar. It is actually a chore to stay at this place when i come for business.
