8000 TL disappeared from our room
When we first got to this hotel, it took us several hours to convince the staff that our air conditioner was not working and that we would not be able to spend the night in this room. Eventually, with enough pressure, the staff moved us to another room, smaller and less accommodating than the one we had paid for. This room's bathroom appeared to have a bird's nest bulging through the vent, the sink was one light push from toppling over, the toilet seat was loose, and mold was around the edges of the floor and in the shower. We raised up this issue with the staff and they agreed they would move us to a similar deluxe room that we had originally paid the following day.
In this deluxe room, we found a pair of used underwear and towels stuffed in the bottom of the closet. The balcony had bird poop stains on the chairs and the table top was missing. This bathroom also had mold around the edges of the floor and the air conditioner piping was stuffed with paper towels around it and was leaking into the shower.
Cleaning service only came around every other day to clean, and cleaning was spotty at best. One time after a cleaning, we noticed that 8000 TL had disappeared from our room. We raised this issue up with the staff and nothing was done.
On the last day, my two older parents asked for some help from the front desk to bring down their large bag from the fourth floor after I had left for the airport overnight and they refused to help.
I do not recommend this place.
