8/10 Very good

Hotel looked old but room was clean.

Red Roof Inn is a good hotel if you are looking for a cheaper but decent place to stay. There is no breakfast provided, but AC is decent and the beds are comfortable. The shower/bathroom area seems poorly designed, but it is not unmanageable.

May give it another try. Location very coconvenien

Room needed better cleanness. At arrival, there was a cigarette but next to the nightstand. Issues with plumbing. Sink leaked. Had to request extra towels to soak water on the floor. Day staff at front desk was very friendly, and really concern about my comments. Linens were not exactly fresh.

Our dogs loved it

We had been van camping but temperatures were in the high 90's and we couldn't stand it any longer. Checked for pet friendly motels and found this one. When we entered our room, we were stunned by the temperature and found the air-conditioner set at 64 degrees. It certainly was nice but we had to change it to 69 degrees for sleeping.

Do not book here!

Dirty, bad conditions inside and out. The smell was not very good either. The boxsprings were dirty and stained i diidnt even look at the mattress. I just checked right back out even though I would lose out on my money. No way I could stay in that room with my son.

I've stayed at this location before. The staff is always friendly. One thing they should work on is having more ice machines. There's only one and it's on the 1st floor. It wasn't working this time. Other than that no issues.

Great price, quiet and great location

Hotel was decent enough was looking for a reasonable stay somewhere so we can take multiple mini vacations, hotel staff seemed friendly enough, I will say one thing we got a king suite and it wasn’t a bad room but it desperately needed either a small love seat and coffee table or two chairs and a coffee table that was my only complaint really, we stayed 3 nights and it was very well located within walking distance to places to eat and sheets was right before the hotel turn in. Walmart was close by also, we are really big on eating what we can at the room and then going out for a nice meal while away saves money all and all the place was clean and dry…a fresh coat of paint would do a world of good but I. Not complaining I enjoyed our stay

8/10 Very good

The staff were very nice and friendly, however the room had quite a lot of traffic noise due to it’s location. Great to get off the highway and get to your hotel quickly but the traffic noise was noticeable. Not any fault of the hotel but worth mentioning if you are a light sleeper.

Didn’t feel safe, guests hanging out in lobby and outside. Bed was old and saggy

Soon as we got here , no hot water in our room. Smells like smoke in our Non smoking room.
Chandler, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

I think the rooms could be a little cleaner and the coffee station could be a little better. I used wipes to wipe down areas in the room that were dirty. I think the rooms could use some slight upgrades. It was great to have the fridge, microwave and coffee pot and condiments.

Room was unfinished with paint patches; missing moulding, command hooks instead of towel bars, dirty bedding and pet hair on the floors.

Disgusting Hotel & Patrons, Kind Staff

The people loitering outside of the building and in the lobby were sketchy at best. The staff was kind. The building condition was disgusting and the room hadn’t been cleaned from the previous guest. They did not have another room available although the parking lot was empty. Staff refunded my charge to Hotels.com; currently waiting to confirm Hotels.com honors the refund to my credit card.

The property was upgraded with new paint and laminate floors. At first glance, it’s appealing. However, the floors were filthy. I don’t think they have been washed since installed. The bathroom tiles are the same, grout is disgusting. We had to have our room changed after one night. The plumbing for shower didn’t work, was leaking and all taped up and nothing more than a dribble of cold water. Ceiling tiles were all stained from a leak. The TV in each room wouldn’t work, had to have maintenance reprogram in both rooms. The hotel had a contractor installing electrical smoke detectors while we were there. They entered our room when we were not there. Moved bed and left out towards middle of room with wires and insulation all over floor and when they left, left our room door ajar. We told front desk and their comment was we will let them know tomorrow, other’s complained also. We were left to clean up their mess. There is absolutely no housekeeping services. Five night stay, no clean towels. We emptied our own trash. They rent rooms to long term people who feed stray cats so you have them roaming the parking lot. The hotel could be a lot cleaner if staff spent less time hanging out at front desk. The only positive thing I can say is the location is convenient. Bottom line, stay away.

Worst stay

The hotel left a lot to be desired. Overall, it was dingy and falling apart. Out of order elevator (thankfully I was only on the 2nd floor). The room had issues like a large hole in the bathroom door, weird sink holes in the floor, and a broken duct taped window. The lights and a couple of the appliances including the TV were not ready or plugged in. I was left to find working plugs. Of the two beds, one had stains on the sheets. And there were bugs. Some of the furniture was broken. Very thin walls with oddly noisy guests. Honestly, despite paying for 2 nights, I left early.

Climate was fine. Check-in staff was friendly, out going was meh. Pet area was very far away.

Totally disgusting

This was absolutely the dirtiest nastiest hotel ive ever stayed in. The roof had blood or mold on it. The matress sheet had stains on it. The towel had a blood stain on it. The tv had mold and or puke on it. The tv remote didnt work as it had clear tape holding the batteries in which im pretty sure had a hair stuck to it. Absolutely disgusting.
