The literal best all inclusive I’ve ever been to. The staff is top notch. They remembered my kids names and their drink orders. There is constantly activities, movie nights and shows. Every single person left an impression from the people checking you in, the ladies at the coffee bar, the staff at kids club, the amazing bartenders (shout out to Marco), wait staff, even housekeeping! Truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience for my kids first resort. The rooms are spacious, the food is great (including room service) the water park is fun. Not sure what else I could have asked for. Exceeded all expectations.

The staff made the stay exceptionally better. Everyone was super nice and welcoming. All the dining options were amazing. Chinola was my favorite restaurant with the best staff. The waterpark staff was also super amazing and made the stay even better. Definitely recommend checking out the excursions, the Scape Park was super fun and the staff made the experience an amazing time.

Tons of activities for adults and kids alike and they change daily. Having Elvis as our concierge was the best! Traveling to other islands near over the past few years, the kindness we had there was second to none! Always a smiling face, kind word, and making sure our trip was exactly what we wanted it to be. 100% would go back!

Impressive!!! Everything about this resort was top notch! From the impeccable and friendly service the minute you step foot on the property to the absolutely beautiful grounds...and the FOOD!! As a couple of foodies, we are pretty particular...every bite here at every restaurant was heaven!! This experience has changed the way we vacation!! Special shout out to our butler, Martin!! He was so attentive, friendly, and helpful!

Property is beautiful and well maintained. The staff were painting/cleaning glass/watering plants/picking away dead plants constantly to make a beautiful resort. Everything was perfect. Only thing that ever came up was our fridge in our room never worked but we didnt mind. We were out eating so often it didmt bother us. Wonderful stay!

Absolutely loved our stay. Staff assigned to our room Christopher was amazing. Kids enjoyed water slides, pool, beach, restaurants. Service was great. Blind butcher - was the icing on top. We will return!

The resort is great! The customer service is top notch and food was delicious. I highly recommend it. If I could just suggest one thing it would be to have more activities for the night after the pool is closed.
