A refresher on customer satisfaction is needed
At 9:10am, housekeeping knocked 2x on the door, an proceeded to walk in the room without even announcing herself. She immediately exited when she realized the room was still occupied. 1st of all she should have announced herself prior to entering, an allowed atleast a min before entering. 2nd check out is 11am. 3rd the do not disturb sign was on the door. 4th when I called the front desk, someone immediately picked up the phone an placed me on hold. You can atleast acknowledge the call, then advice the caller your placing them on hold. When Maria did return to the line, she just advised ok i'll talk to housekeeping. She offered no apologies, etc.
