Overall, we had a good time. But, check in was horrible. We arrived early. At 3:30pm, was told our ocean view room would be available in 15 minutes. 15 minutes turned into 45 minutes. When we got to our room, we had no water, was told it would be on in a hour. We also could not open the door to balcony, it was jammed. Maintenance man came an hour later, he kicked the door to balcony open, then filed the door down so we could open it. So, after driving 5 hours to get there, we were finally able to shower after 2 1/2 hours. The beds were the most uncomfortable we have ever had. Contacted management regarding a partial refund, had no response.

It was a great hotel. I liked that the location was near Clayton’s where I usually go to get the umbrellas for the beach. The only thing I was dissatisfied about was the fact that I reserved a handicap room for myself and when I went to my room it was a regular room. I have a hard time getting in and out of the shower and a handicap would have been perfect for my needs. When I arrived I was dead tired and started to unpack. When I noticed it wasn’t handicap accessible I didn’t want to repack to move so I let it slide. The pool was nice and clean however the side pool where kids play was filthy. I think it had a bunch of sand in it. The beds were comfy and the air conditioning was great.

Room was spacious but that and the proximity to the beach were the only positives. The room desperately needed updating and did not look very clean. The photos suggested an ocean view but the view from the balcony was of the wall of the neighboring building and the AC units. I suspect we were put in a less updated room because we booked through a third party site. There was a large gap under the room door, which made it easy for pests to get in. There was a cockroach in the bedroom.

Everything was good room clean property very nice— but those beds are absolutely terrible- I have issues with my back as it is but got home and drove home with a terrible terrible back ache worse than ever

We stayed for a wedding. Hotel is currently undergoing renovations so our room was one of the outdated ones. Our ac was spotty. Hard to regulate the temp in the room. But overall front desk was excellent & friendly. They made our stay a breeze & allowed for us to enjoy our vacation. Breakfast was basic/complimentary. I would return once renovations are completed.

Really bad breakfast.. room was all beat up.. dirty toilet when we first arrived. Adressed it tobfront desk still didnt do anything about it. They were more concerned wifh a school group that two peiple were checking in. The restaurant food was horrible...

The extreme noise at night was horrible. The pool was supposedly open until 10 pm. However, it was never cleared out by then. Also, the area around the pool where people gather, never closes. People were loud until 12 midnight with loud laughing, and loud talking. Doors slamming at all hours of the night. People scraping furniture on the floors all hours of the night. We were there for 1 week, and got very little sleep. On the weekends, it was even worse. The beach bar next door had live music which was very loud and fireworks.
