At check in the gentlemen was just rude. I called previously to arriving and asked if there a deposit they stated no once we arrived they did in fact have a deposit and could only be paid in cash. Then we inquired about pet fee which it shows on their sign and hotels website that it’s $25 a night and 2 pet maximum per room but the guy at the desk stated he is now charging $250 each pet and will only allow 1pet per room.

Casa Bella is a joke should be Casa Fea(ugly)

It all started with the hotels request for a $100 Cash deposit. Every other person registering had to run off to the ATM including myself. The rest I will list: Toilet seat was broken, bathroom mirror was broken, room was not properly cleaned, roaches, and no toilet paper roll holder. On our second day, i requested clean towels. The attendant at the front desk asked us to bring dirty towels to trade. I presented the towels to the attendant and he stated the towel were damaged and I would be fined. I looked at the towel and there was no damage just obvious makeup stains. I told attendant there was no damage just needed to be washed. He started to argue with me and attempted to scold me on how not soil towels with makeup. I blasted him obviously! Then tried to educate him on how to be a polite service attendant. The attendant refused to give the four towels as an exchange and said he would only give two towels. I was furious, could wait to leave that hell hole. Casa Bella is a joke Casa Fea (ugly)

Misleading Resort Fee in App

Very nice and clean room. High ceilings, view of the pool and marina. The parking lot felt cramped and I was charged a $7.00 resort fee that was not explained in the Hotels.com app. They told me one total and the hotel added extra “per day” resort fees. The app only calculated 1 fee and gave me a final quote…

Overall the stay was nice the pool was clean and perfect but the environment was a little scary employee did try to open our door before our checkout time which was a little scary because it was just me and my little sister but for the price and walk to the beach it was ok

The sheets seemed clean but the bed itself felt humid. Kind of like something wet had been placed on it and the middle wasnt quite dry but the top layer was. So it felt sticky and just odd laying under the sheets. There was hair all over the bathroom... in the shower, on the counter, on the floor, and the toilet. The shower head should probably be replaced as it seemed broken. The ac in our room was very noisy. The floor was not carpeted, which was ok but it felt slimy to not have shoes on. Id give this place a 2 star. The person who checked us in was very nice and prompt. But the property just needs to be cleaned better and updated some.

Do Not Stay Here! More Like a Cheap Motel.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Not a Hotel, more like a low rent Motel. For instance, the toilet would not flush or fill with water unless you take the tank lid off and press the mechanism down, every single time it was used. The man who identified as the manager was abrasive a rude! Back to the room, the towels were like sand paper and very few of them. It was cold, so we had to set the wall heater to 86 degree and max fan so that some heat could get to the freezing bathroom. The deadbolt in the door just spun around and did not latch. I did not feel safe there period. The floor seemed like it had not been mopped in quite a while. No refunds, so we were stuck. Our first trip out was for a can of Lysol to spray down everything before we touched or slept in it. There was an area in the office that once had been for breakfast I imagine, with a coffee pot, but no coffee. I had to go down the street for a cup from 7eleven. So, put out a little more money and stay at a real Hotel, you don’t want this place! The whole place was just nasty!
