Rosa was very helpful and accomadating . We had to stay here due to a severe wind storm and had no acess home. She even let us use the hot tub a little late which perfectly made our stressful evening more relaxing. Very clean nice place Staff is awesome

Is a great hotel. The service is great the front desk they’re lovely people to talk to you. If you have any issues we stayed at another hotel in Monroe last year and we will come back to this one from now on.

Average stay
The bed was hard. We both slept poorly. The window would not open on the ground floor. I was concerned what would happen in case of a fire. The breakfast was a fair try. The curtains didn’t really block out the light from the parking lot. The staff were friendly. The place was clean the TV worked. There were exhaust vents and a heat lamp on the bathroom. The fireplace was nice and going morning and night.

Before my wife and I stayed here, we read mixed reviews and really weren't sure what to expect. When we arrived were so pleased on how fresh and clean the lobby, dining area and especially the rooms were. You can tell the property is well cared for. The staff were kind and helpful. The hot breakfast had eggs, sausage, gravy and biscuits, waffles and more. The hotel is close to a busy road but got quieter as it got later at night and it didnt affect our sleep. Lots of restaurants and retail stores nearby. We chose the hotel because it's very close to the Evergreen State Fairgrounds and we were going to an event there. It's the only hotel that we have stayed at in Monroe but would recommend this hotel for anyone that is going there.

Too much artificial odour.
Typical modern hotel with no notable features aside from a dramatic overuse of scented products throughout. I don’t have any great sensitivity to smells, but I found it a bit overwhelming both in common areas and the room - where we opened the window and left the hotel for an hour or two to let it air out. A pretty good breakfast selection.

The Evergreen Inn & Suites is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The continental breakfast is a bit spartan, but the food is good. The room was very nice. Location is a bit awkward, stuck in the middle of a large retail block and somewhat challenging to access initially. Nearby restaurants are plentiful and offer a wide variety of cuisines. The one negative was a pervasive odor of whatever disinfectant cleaner the staff uses, throughout the lobby and hallways.
