Muito bom, ótimos restaurantes!

Hotel é maravilhoso, a comida e os restaurantes eram os melhores dos 3 que fiquei em punta cana, ponto alto para o asiático, e o café da manhã!!! Esse hotel çvale a nota que tem. O único ponto chato é a questão das piscinas para membros Vips, que não tinham nenhuma sinalização, nós entramos e fomos retirados do local, isso é uma situação chata. Além disso, não foi meu preferido em relação às bebidas.

We LOVED everything about this resort minus the Club level check in experience/staff in club level and the room they assigned us in our "Ocean view" category that did not have a "ocean view" at all. I am an Expedia VIP and a Hyatt member and they were still rude to me. With that said, this resort is fantastic if you want calm open water, a really nice gym, great food, great service, lots of drinks brought to you beachside and a safe place to stay. Evening entertainment was lacking, the piano bar (very fun) would shut down at 11pm right on the dot just as everyone was just starting to loosen up. They desperately need a DJ or dance club for evening hours. All in all, a great stay.

Service at Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana was outstanding! Breakfast and Lunch buffets were the best meals. Dinner restaurants could improve in taste. Food is pretty bland for international tastes. All public areas are impeccably kept. The rooms are in need of renovation, and they smelled of mold and mildew. The bathrooms do not have any air ventilation so the mildew smells simply invades the rest of the bedroom area. Perhaps, it's hard to maintain the rooms given the beach, swimming pools, and endless alcohol that is offered. However, for the high price, Hyatt needs to resolve the mildew smells in the rooms that spoiled the rest of our stay. The room snacks need to improve. Offering Pringles, inexpensive granola bars and m&m's seemed cheap. We never ate them, and they seemed leftover from the previous occupants. We did receive a welcome small cake and drink to celebrate a birthday which was a nice touch. Finally, the pools are clean and beautiful in contrast to the beach which has lots of seafood roots about to sprout which made it not nice for walking. There are lots of mosquitoes even though the hotel will tell you there aren't. All in all, we had a nice family mini break.

Excellent customer service and exceptional accommodations! Every customer service representative was so friendly and welcoming! The food was amazing and the range of different choices of restaurants was outstanding! In particular, our concierge Robert was amazing! Highly recommend!

The only thing i would like to see different was the check in process. I think it is intended to make you feel special and welcome - seating us, bringing a drink, one person comes over to welcome us, another comes over with paperwork, another comes over to make a copy of your passport or license or whatever and then another comes to bring you to your room. Instead of going to the desk and just checking in, it seemed like a real time suck. it didn't make us feel any more special or welcome and in fact at that point in the day after a long day of travel we really just wanted to check in and get to our room. It was probably an extra 20 minutes of sitting around

Everyone overpromises and underdelivers.

The stay was within expectations. However, there are a few things to keep in mind. The whole experience is sold as a high end one. It's not, at all. There are no high-end details whatsoever throughout the hotel. Also, problems with our check-in process. I don't recommend paying extra for the Blind Butcher restaurant. Again, it's sold as the ultimate experience but it has similar food (in quality) as the rest of the restaurants in the hotel. The sell it to you as an experiential diner, but in reality it's just a regular dinner with mediocre shows. There are other restaurants in the hotel that offer better food. Moreover, the person who sold it assured that there were vegetarian options throughout the menu, but there's only one dish that's veggie and one veggie burger that's not even in the menu. We also had a wine pairing, and we only got $10 wines (literally, I scanned them with my app). The room had some issues such as water filtration from the shower, or we wanted to lock the temperature at 24 degrees, or the wardrove light turned on in the middle of the night; and despite requesting service to repair several times, nothing was ever solved. For New Year's eve we had a bottle of champagne reserved but it was not ready until 11:55 PM, time in which I had to elevate the tone to get some attention of the staff. Fortunately, I have been in several All-Inclusive type of hotels before and know how they work. but, specifically in this one, they overpromise/oversell and underdeliver
