One of the last true Bar Harbor places remaining. The town has evolved into a tourist based, packed, environment. Here you can get away from all distractions and relax. While the amenities are updated, they have chosen appliance colors and styles to reflect the past. A true gem and a great discovery.

Loved the retro decor and atmosphere. Parking right outside of room was very convenient. Room was nice and quiet. If I had stayed here earlier in the week I could have definitely used the complimentary head hiking head lamps and binoculars. I will definitely consider staying here again. My only suggestion is to add another microwave in breakfast area since nearly all hot items need to be heated per person.

The property is in a beautiful location with access to Acadia Park. You can walk to town but it’s about a mile. I wish that ceramic cups were provided for coffee but thats just me- coffee tastes better!

A great little hotel right outside the main strip of town. Perfect rooms for a friends or a family stay, amazing restaurant right across the street. Staff is super friendly, the entire grounds of the hotel is very nice.
