We arrived, room not clean, three hours later they moved us to different room. Got key to room, went up 7 floors, key dosnt work. Went down to desk many others in line because of key issue. The smell of pot every day and night. Next day key issues. Do not go here if you are going to relax. Very stressful..

Our experience was so bad that we decided to switch to a different hotel for the second night of our trip. The rooms are small and uncomfortable, but we would have made it work except that for our second night, we were told housekeeping was not available. This is exceptionally uncomfortable when staying by the beach! On our first night, there were people screaming at the pool, and when we called the front desk, it got better for about 5 minutes before the yelling started again. When we shared all of this with the staff and said we'd be going to a different hotel, they were indifferent - they actually made me stand at the desk while the staff finished up "something else" and then said I could just leave. What a terrible experience.

A great vacation spot

Family friendly hotel. Wonderful friendly and helpful staff. A must stay!! A playground for the kids large seating area outside to spend time with family. Great pool and hot tub.

Weekend getaway

We have booked here several times and always have a wonderful stay. No complaints at all. It's a pet friendly, family and couples welcome retreat. All rooms are oceanfront. Beach chairs provided with pool hot tub and fitness room. Excited for the restaurant renovations to be completed for our next visit!

Unimpressed

Was unimpressed with the service and lack of cleanliness in the room. We found dog fur fluffs on the floor although it had just been cleaned before we checked in. Not sure what was used to mop the floor but when we arrived in the room, room floor was wet and smelt. It was only after the floor dried, the smell went away.

Enjoyable stay

The hotel was clean, the rooms were very nice with a great view of the ocean, and the beach area was convenient. Having the beach chairs supplied was a perk. The staff were nice and helpful. Would definitely return.

Enjoyable stay in April

Hotel was extremely nice and clean, quiet and private. We were disappointed that the restaurant and bar were not open yet, but we enjoyed the hot tub. The chairs for the beach were nice to have down by the shoreline too. We saw dolphins up and down the shoreline, even from our balcony.

The building is pretty old and outdated, and there was no breakfast available which was disappointing. But the staff was very friendly helpful and friendly.

We liked it and would go back.

Great oceanfront location, but in a remote part of the island with little to nothing else within walking distance. Rooms: Ceramic flooring throughout. Simple, old tv. Super low flow shower that was frustrating. Nearby activities The beach, pool, on site bar & restaurant are the only nearby things to do. But the restaurant and bar weren't open for the season when we were there in April. Great views of the ocean!

I get you might have been understaffed and overbooked, but whoever answered the phone at noon said we’d be able to get in by 2, so we showed up at 2. Ended up waiting 2 hours.
