Nice hotel. Glad there were earplugs at the bedside because the highway was noisy. Check in was annoying because Farrah called me and my husband “guys” at least a dozen times. I’m not a guy and don’t like being called a guy

We won’t be back.
We called ahead to ask a couple questions and the man on the phone was rude and condescending. The complimentary cookies were burnt. The pool set up was a joke and the hot tub was broken. The “hot” breakfast was barely warm.

What you would expect...
Good stay! It's what you would expect. One of our two queen beds was rough, you could feel the springs on your body, but the other one was good. Breakfast was great! We will be back, but it definitely has a little to be desired compared to the Best Western Plus around the corner.

Ladies on The Fruit Loop
We did The Fruit Loop and needed a location to stay. So convenient, check in was a breeze. A pretty good choice of things at breakfast. We were in room 409, and our heating/cooling unit was pretty loud. Other than that. A great stay.
