Great position almost right on the beach… Lamai has a fabulous beach so it was wonderful to be so close. The rooms are a little tired and well used (understandably) but for the location and price I would stay again.

Great room and location but unreliable w-ifi
The hotel is right on the beach and was in an ideal location, close to many eating establishments. The room was clean and comfortable with great a/c. The place is a little overpriced but my only issue with it is that the wi-fi was slow and sometimes frozen up when too many people are using it.

This was the second time we stayed at the Lamaii Inn 99 Bungalows. And like the first time it was a real pleasure to stay there. The entire complex is well maintained and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The Lamaii Inn is a wonderful place to spend a lovely and relaxing holiday.

Right on the beach, easy walk to the main Lamai road, great beach bars/restaurants (bamboo, red elephant and coconut) within a few metres. Room was basic but clean, comfortable bed, decent fridge and AC. Staff were lovely. Had three great weeks here exploring Koh Samui, would use again, hopefully soon !!

Bar ristorante per servirti a colazione e pranzo, con annessi poffed per sdraiarti sotto ombrelloni o palme. Massaggi su spiaggia a prezzi nella norma, giochi acquatici vicini leggermente alti. Sicura, silenziosa e ben collegata, a poche centinaia di metri dalla via principale Lamai Street. Lavanderie private vicinissime ed economiche.
