location of hotel was not accurate as listed on hotels.com. The phone number listed on the booking was not correct. The day you arrive you will receive the exact location of the hotel. Booking says the host will greet you at the room--did not happen. The room has ZERO exterior light. Rooms were built into a cave.

The room had no windows and a noticeable smell of humidity, which made the stay quite uncomfortable. The bathroom also needed more attention: it was not very clean, with visible humidity stains inside the toilet and on the shower walls. Unfortunately, the sheets were stained as well. I understand that things can happen, but overall the cleanliness and condition of the room were below what I would expect. Hopefully these issues can be addressed for future guests.
