Great place! Felt right at home, everything feels brand new and the location is walkable for everything you’d want in San Antonio. Lots of amenities in room, almost like having a home from home with coffee, laundry, cooking facilities and a full sized fridge. Parking nearby is affordable and safe. Would stay here again

The check-in process took too long. Almost 40 minutes, after we had parked in their attached garage, we learned we had to repark at another garage that was half a block away and pay for both. Then waiting 40 minutes to check in, redo verification (sending a photo of my license, a selfie, address verification, email verification). Nonsense.

Fantastic rooms, while it is self service checking most of the time the location is spot on for any down town events. You will have to take a short walk to a parking garage with a small fee that will charge every time you leave BUT I have confirmed that soon in th very close future a partnership with a closer garage will be in the works. Other than that. You put your code to enter and same as room so easy. 5/5

The place was nice but no amenities. Also they put us in the wrong room in the beginning but then redeemed themselves by up grading us to a one bedroom with no extra charge. The one bedroom was perfect and overall good stay but will be much better once the amenities are finished.

Reasonably priced, clean, quiet, nearby parking garage and many dining and shopping options within walking distance. Only complaints is virtually no amenities pool, fitness center, or snack bar. Overall, I would most likely stay again.
