Really nice hotel, big suites, room on 9th floor has lovely view. Can’t fault facilities. Breakfast very good. About 15 min walk from Hadrians Gate and convenient to airport. Car parking very easy. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The pool is welcome after a hot day of being a tourist. We would stay there again.

Spotlessly clean room but it did not have a microwave as advertised. This was a problem for us as we had bought a lot of microwave food and the stove was quite small. The washing machine was great though, and the small amenities like dish soap and laundry detergent were appreciated. The staff were friendly, particularly the breakfast team.

Had a really nice time at the hotel. Had a small issue with the airconditioning and wished they've just changed my room but they've tried to fix it too many times (i had a really bad cold that day, so it would be more helpful to simply change it). still, they've managed to solve, with a smile on their face. A giant heads up to Ms Ayer, at the breakfast buffet. She's smily, helpful, and always know what to do next. Rooms are confy and convenient. everything is there. room service perfect. Breakfast way above average. Would stay again, for sure.

The best part of this place was the staff attitude especially Enes at the reception. Only thing I don’t like there was not any restaurant in the hotel.
