THIS PLACE IS A GEM!!
Don't let the dated exterior worry you; this hotel is immaculately clean and lovingly cared for. I confess that when we first pulled up I wondered for a moment what we'd gotten ourselves into, but from the moment we walked in to the lobby we were treated warmly and kindly, with a cheerful fireplace, treats on the counter, and a receptionist who was as thorough in her job as she was thoughtful and sweet. This property is beautiful! The staff was helpful and friendly. We stayed here the night before an early flight but it didn’t feel like an airport hotel at all. The property is welcoming and quiet. We will definitely stay here again! 10/10

Loved the room, I'm an exposed brick/wood guy, comfy bed and pillows, great shower and HUGE towels. Staff was super friendly and helpful, without being overbearing. Bar was great, but the bites menu should be just that, small bites, not a full sized burger, which was delicious BTW. Chose this hotel for it's proximity to Lumen field, even though it was more expensive than other offerings further away. I look forward to coming back with my wife.

We loved The Sound! It was one of the only hotels on our month long adventure through four contries that we thought, "hmm, we could stay at this hotel a little longer than we planned."

Was just overnight and off to my cruise, got a shuttle for only $20 to pier 91. Hotel staff set me up with it. I would have never known and paid for Uber that would have been $80. Thank you

We were on the 18th floor and the night view was awesome. The room was very modern and nice and clean. The refrigerator kept our drinks cold. We ate at Adare's restaurant inside the hotel for breakfast and it was really good. The bar in Adare's had grest margaritas on the rocks. One big plus was in there Market they have a microwave available for the guest.

The staff I interacted with everyday at the Watertown Hotel during my 4-night stay there were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a very convenient and safe area. House keeping is offered every other day, which works perfect for me. Room amenities, such as coffee was not automatically refilled during room cleaning. But you can easily ask for them at the front desk. They served pineapple shaped sugar cookies daily at the lobby, which give someone who has a sweet tooth something to...

One of three Hyatt properties next to each other this hotel is smaller but cozy and friendly. Good restaurant, great spa with a pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, and nail salon. Walking distance from the Pike Place Market and a block away from the Paramount Theater and the Seattle Convention Center. Great food options in the blocks surrounding the hotel. I'll be back.

Fantastic venue! I do wish there was a way for hotel guests to get into their concert without going outside and waiting in line - it’s boutique with only 13 rooms - you’d think they could accommodate for that - especially when it’s cold or the weather is ridiculous like it was during the Dessa concert 😅But that said, it was beautiful, the furnishings were nice - the bathroom sink fixtures were loose, pretty, but need to be tightened so easier to use. Everyone was super helpful and responsive!...
