Dishonest
Hotel refused to honor the booking and refused to refund the money. They stated that Hotels.com did not send them the payment. Husband showed our receipt where we paid and our reservation number. Instead they rebooked him and charged him again. When we reached out that day to resolve the issue, they (hotels.com) filed a report. 3 weeks later after several attempts to reach out for an update, I was told sorry about your luck.
