Pre/Post Doctor/Hospital visits

PRO: Extremely nice property. The manager, Francesca, was “ out of her way” helpful. Room was large, bed comfortable, kitchen had everything you need except for food. Staybridge is very close to my doctor’s office & hospital with plenty of food options nearby. Laundry facilities FANTASTIC; especially being in & out of hospital for 2 days. CON: Stayed on a Tuesday & Wednesday which is reception night. Tuesday night after a day of procedures, I needed something lite so I went to the reception at 6:20 & there was no food left; I asked about certain items that my roomie had eaten at 5:50 & was told there wasn’t any left ie: baked potato, meatballs, wings & salad. I made sure I was at the reception at 5:30 on Wed. Enjoyed a baked potato which was all I needed. Will definitely stay at this property again next week.

Need staff

When we got there they weren’t too busy and while we were checking in a couple came up to the desk and said the room they were given was occupied. Later that night I needed to pay for snacks and they only had one person working and a long line to check in. While we were waiting a woman came up and said the room they gave her and her children already has someone in it. Another man said he went to his room and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned and the tv was on. He thinks there were people still staying in there and were just out at the time. A booking issue is one thing but giving out keys to other people’s rooms is not okay. Our room was nice until we noticed all the ants coming in. Which wouldn’t be a huge issue if my youngest wasn’t deathly allergic to them. We carry her epipen but that’s not something we should have to worry about inside a hotel. There was zero food left for breakfast. Stuff to make a waffle but nothing to put on it. No bagels, oatmeal, fruit, eggs, meat or SPOONS and, no one cared. I had to wait 20 min just for them to refill the coffee. Maybe they are just understaffed but it was rough

Paper thin walls, and bad management.

Had guest with a dog staying above us, that played fetch all night. Could hear the ball bounce and dog jumping around on the floor until 4am. Kids screaming in the room beside us. It was so loud. Called front desk 3 times, and nothing was ever done. Gave info for a manager to call me before leaving, and never received a call. Just wanted to ask about security, how they deal with issues like this. Evidently they don't.

Great Hotel

Check in took a few minutes, but the lady was super friendly and made everyone feel welcomed. Rooms were super clean. Beds were actually comfy. Breakfast time was tasty. This is a new Hotel, its really nice!
