Worst horrible place ever !!!

This is the worst place I could have stayed; my refused to stay here so we found another hotel. this is a crack hotel with the lowest of homeless people living there. The room was open when we went to check it out and was not cleaned.

The property is nasty. The first room we received didn't have a TV in it. We were then placed in a second room and they used a screwdriver to open the door. No blind in the room was told to hang the sheet up over the window

Had to wait for staff to come back to front office. There was roaches and flies everywhere. Beds looks horrible the room smelled bad no tv remote. Didn't even stay there the night. As soon as I got in the room I had to find a different hotel to stay in

They offered a room with no towels, door was kicked in, no way to shower it was inhumane no curtains the tub was molded and full of mud, crackheads were standing around and sleeping on the walkways and stairs no one should be able to even book there it was like an abandoned hotel

I couldn’t even check into this property. I arrived, and no one was in the office. The description claims that the office is staffed 24 seven. I tried calling and knocking and even called Expedia for assistance after a nearly 2 hours. I left and got a reservation at another hotel nearby. Whoever was picking up the phone for Expedia wasn’t picking up the phone for me and kept telling the Expedia customer representative that they would call me. I never received a phone call at all. This is an absolute embarrassment in terms of customer service. Now I have double charges, one for a hotels day that I couldn’t even check into.

We literally could not stay there. Had to leave. Hotel is a shamble. No blind e on the window, no pillows or bedding - just a sheet. Horrible

All the doors clearly were broken into, there wasn’t any pillows, the towels were white rags, bugs were on the floor and sometimes climb on the bed, the remotes don’t work, their AC is the cheap old version style barely working right and no blinds and gapped broken blinds. I prayed to get out of there alive.

Hotel should be condemned!

Absolutely the worst place I have ever checked into! We supposedly booked the last room available and was warned it had no TV. No problem. Just needed somewhere clean and with AC to sleep for a few hours. Well...AC was broken. Management kept stalling on getting us another room. Roaches were everywhere and the walkway around the second floor rooms was slanted and caving in. After multiple complaints and several hours in high heat with no AC, we left. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!

The door to the room did not close all the way. The bed spread had a cigarette hole. Under the bed was dirty. The bathroom shower stall was dirty. The shower walls looked to have mole in the center. The windows and blinds were dirty. The outside of the room were very dirty. I finally had enough and left at 1:45 Am in the morning. If anybody is reading this please save your money, this hotel is for drug addicted and cheap hookers.
