Great Find
The view from here is amazing. The Customer Service is great. There’s beautiful little areas to sit and see the view. I think it’s a great little find for the area! Highly recommend this place! It’s really close to everything and they’re shopping nearby.

Great affordable motel near Sedona. Simple but clean rooms, and stunning views. As noted in some other reviews, the in-room heating unit is a bit loud, but we didn’t find it a major inconvenience, and it’s really not much louder than the AC units found in other motels. It’s a much nicer property than similarly priced options in Flagstaff. Would book again.

Needs lot of renovating
It felt like the room could have used some TLC. From door locks, to missing outer liner in shower tub, or the lack of exhaust fan in the bathroom, or to the sink missing blocker, list goes on.. Anyway for the price I paid I expected a better maintained lodging experience. I would probably book elsewhere next time.

Booked a family room. Description stated two double beds and 1 twin bed. The twin bed was a rollaway bed not an actual bed and the legs did not want to stay up and kept collapsing. Also the pictures in the listing show an updated room. It was not updated and was pretty dingy. Location was good

Good value and good location.
A good value and it was very clean. Being an older motel the sound was really the main issue. The heater worked well, but it was loud enough to wake you up each time it kicked on to hold the heat temperature (wintertime). For me that was over a dozen times throughout the night. This can be addressed with upgrades to ductless heat pumps (mini split) when their lifecycle has run its course. Another sound issue is just how easy to hear outside and other people. Not sure the best solution is for this as it would require major renovation. So being aware and considerate is currently the best way.

A day gate away.
Cozy location up on a hill. Friendly service. Small bathroom.The area where the refrigerator, microwave, hot plate, and sink were located was behind a door. Layout was a bit questionable. Decent stay with friendly customer service.
