I reserved several rooms for a group trip, knowing this motel would be basic. I didn't expect it to be as dirty and smelly as it was. Many of my group reported their rooms smelled like cigarette smoke, even though I specifically requested non-smoking rooms. My room had what looked like mold through the bathroom and had food smells. I would never stay here again.

The hotel hallway smelled like cigarettes along with our non smoking room, there were dead cockroaches on the floor along with other trash and the toilet would leak water whenever you flushed it. Requested a refund and was denied for two nights even though I hadn't been in the room for 30 minutes.

Never again
Smelled really bad, our newly renovated room stank of smoke but at least the walls were clean. We booked there for the pool & it’s closed for the season

So-so
This property is undergoing renovations & needs a lot of TLC. The mini fridge’s door was sprung so we had to get ice for our lunch meat. The towels had rust stains on them. The manager/owner offered to put us in a different room after 1 night, but we didn’t want to move our items. He was very apologetic & supportive.

Disgusting unclean
Accommodation was disgusting filthy, sheets soiled/stained apparently all were - we left immediately and booked elsewhere - we have a case pending with hotels.com - the desk clerk told us to contact you to get our funds returned. This should be struck from hotels.com.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
Place is absolutely disgusting!! No way i could sleep in a place like this. I turned around and left once i looked at my room. Didnt even bother getting a refund because it took 45 minutes to check in.

Upsetting Stay
It took 3 rooms to get a room Tv didnt work they brought in a different one! The carpet was wet, the bar sink was leaking and a constant annoying drip all night The bathtub was disgusting, the floor in room sticky. No telephone, towels were stained.

I have stayed at a handful of low priced hotels in the past when I just needed a stopover place to sleep. This place was the absolute worst. It is the filthiest, stinkiest, and shadiest hotel I have ever entered. My stay lasted all of 10 minutes. I left after walking from the lobby to the room. I have never done that. It was literally that bad of a vibe. I am astonished that the local health department allows this place to operate. Stay away from this nightmare scenario.

Horrible experience
No lights except bathroom, TV quit working, no wash cloths or towels, no hot water, lights at bed didn't work, room and bathroom wasn't cleaned, sheets weren't changed. Noone at front desk to address issues.
Ezra, 1-night trip

The room I hit at first had no shower curtain and the bathtub looked like it had been a year since cleaned and the toilet seat was not attached to the toilet so I went to front desk and told them I would leave even without refund so they put me in a different room it was ok but overall I would not recommend this place very poor

Very poor condition of this place. Had to have a microwave brought in then had to carry it in ourselves. Room smelled like cigarettes. Scared to walk on floor barefoot. And the refrigerator smelled horrible. We also had to get the remote for the tv. If we had t gotten back so late we would have found another place to go.

Traumatized experience
Please drop this hotel from the list it is horrible condition and unsafe drug dealers and prostitution spot, unclean facilities insects crowded on the floor and bed. Dirty bedsheets and towels no adequate light. Un safe they have long term resident walking on the hallway all night long smoking weeds. No peaceful sleep that I was afraid someone might break in to my room.
Kefeyalew, 3-night trip

1. The room was clearly not cleaned (as an example, urine on the toilet seat and around the toilet). Dirty walls, towels, cobwebs in the corners, safety bar broken off. 2. On night 3, a large fight broke out in the hallway with 10-15 individuals. The hotel management was in the middle of it. No police called, no action to mitigate. It lasted for at least 15-20 minutes. 3. I should have left on the first night (I stayed 3). I travel on average 80-90 nights per year - by far worst hotel in the last 15 years.
