Overall it was fine for what we needed. The shower was nice. The air conditioner covering was on the floor when we got to our room and they put it back on with duct tape, and our lock didn’t work properly so you had to mess with it (per the staffs suggestions), but overall the stay was fine for the one night we needed it.

Perfect for what we needed

The location was perfect for our needs. It was also across the street from where we stayed last time and was $50 cheaper per night. Clean for the age of the hotel and bathroom. Breakfast was very good! We will definitely stay here again for the value and location next time we visit family in Columbia. Had an issue with controlling the temperature in the room. Just had to figure out how to outsmart it. Would definitely request assistance next time.

Very out dated. Paper coming off walls. Hole in TV console station where an old TV had been. Not vacuumed. Not Marriott typical standards.

Stay at Marriotts all the time and this one is disappointing. Condition of the room was poor as there were at least 8-10 maintenance issues with the room. Sink leaked, toilet seat was loose, hvac cover missing, soap dispenser off the wall, robe hook hanging off the wall, etc. These can't be new problems and all at once which means someone is not paying attention to the details

It was hard to find because there is no signage on the main road. The employees were very friendly! The breakfast was pretty good. The hot tub was broken, so that was a bummer, and the rooms were ok. The renovation was rushed and sloppy, looking. and no usb hookups to charge my phones in the room. But over all our stay was good.

As soon as we walked in to our room, there was a smell of mildew. When I called to see if there was a room we could move to, the front desk person did not empathize or apologize, and when I asked for another room, he accommodated, however the available room would not suit our needs.
