Bad front desk service
My first problem I had is when I arrived there was a line full of people and I was in line in my wheelchair there was several women's at the desk one I was told was the manager that was helping another young lady so when it was my turn to be checked in I waited to be greeted the manager nor the young lady looked at us they kept looking away from us so my partner said just step up I said no I'm going to see if they recognize me and I never got recognized I stood there for like 5 minutes and another young lady came in I guess they was changing shift and said would you like some beads it was Saint Patrick's Day around that time and we said yes she said have you been helped and I said no so when she checked us in I say can I speak to the manager and my jaw drop when she said this is the manager right here so you tell me the manager been standing here the whole time and did not recognize me and she said I was disabled the manager excuse was I thought you was with someone else that shouldn't have been a thought you should have greeted or ask everybody in the lobby have you been helped but I wasn't one of the ones she asked and it hurt my feelings so bad
