My children and I took a quick last minute road trip (with our dog) to visit the watermark. The good:
*Staff was friendly and flexible with some reservation issues.
*Room and beds were clean and comfortable (my 13 year old thought the pillows were too thick, but there’s no pleasing middle schoolers.
*Flat rate free for the waterpark that was very reasonable. We were able to stay and use the park for the full day, even after we checked out of our room.
The not so good:
*Older building and waterpark, so elevator, slides, etc were not in pristine condition, but everything seemed clean, so not an issue.
*Wish there were more inner tubes for the slide.
*Free breakfast, but it’s in the restaurant downstairs, so the line to be seated was quite long. Advice is to get there early.
Considerations: This park was fun but definitely designed more for younger kids. There’s only one larger slide. This is not a as complaint - it was still a lot of fun! But my adolescent kids were not as thrilled as younger kids. I’d say babies through 2nd or 3rd graders would get the most out of the park.
Fun experience and I would definitely book again if my kids weren’t growing up so dang fast!
