6/10 Good

Good location. Hotel rooms were perfectly adequate and not the usual overheated boxes.

Awful- Read The Reviews!
No hot water all stay!!! No reception out of hours. Fire alarm at 2am but nobody to check it or cancel the sounders until someone turned up eventually. They cancelled the alarm, apologised, but didn’t stay to see if there was a fire, or if everyone was okay.
Nigel, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

Good stay for the price.
Nice clean place to stay a few days. Close to Edgware road underground. Middle east neighbour hood with a lot of cafes, restaurants and small shops. No working wifi in room 9.
Morten, 3-night trip

2/10 Poor

Horrible bed, no WiFi no hot water no milk. I am glad I only booked one night
Tracey Louise, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Worst hotel that I stayed in London, don’t have towel, receptionist, The room heater didn't work and the shower wasn’t hot please if you can don’t stay in this hotel is cheap but it’s terrible.
Lorenzo, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Easy to check in (but read the "check in before 10pm small print), quiet, clean, friendly staff and excellent location. Overall good value for money.
Peter, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Nice basic accommodations!
Tim, 5-night trip

2/10 Poor

Uninhabitable room with no heat or hot water. Hotel staff not responsive/ not on premises. Left the property as soon as practical am awaiting a refund. Horrific experience.
Valentina, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

Avoid at all costs
Full of bedbugs. Terrible hygienic conditions. Nobody in the reception. Go somewhere else.
Pablo, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Bed covers were dirty, bed was terrible, sunk right down to the springs. Central heating not working
Desmond, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

No hot water in the room. Had clearly been like it a while as the control just span around. I’d accidentally left an item of clothing at the property and in attendance a few days later I was advised they’d thrown it in the bin. So be aware there are no lost and found facilities
Matthew, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Not great hotel.
The room is clean, but no kettle and cup or glass to make tea or coffee. And even there’s no Kleenex in the room. The bed was so old that you can feel springs in the bed against your back.
Zoe, 3-night trip

2/10 Poor

Old. Rickety bed. No heating. Stained bedding
Great location. But choose somewhere else. The bed spreads were very old and stained. One bed wobbled so much couldn’t sit on it let alone sleep. No flipping hot water. Cold showers in December is not good. No heating and portable heaters not up to much. Mattresses are cheap and old. I got spring marks just sleeping on them. If they just fixed stuff and got half decent mattresses it would be fine for the money. But gees DO NOT BOOK HERE

Location is good, v close to Paddington. The room was tiny with very tired carpet that was probably teeming with dirt. Hot water? Not available, the shower was only warm enough not to gasp - but oh well, good for waking up properly. When I arrived I didn’t realise that the radiator was merely decorative so my first night was absolutely freezing. In the morning I realised there was an electric heater that I needed to plug. There was one towel, that I used for my body, face and hands, and also as a bath mat. Thankfully the other two nights more towels magically appeared. Never saw a soul. For what this hotel is, it is the most expensive hotel in London. I’ve stayed in youth hostels more comfortable than this.

I enjoyed the area of Paddington where it is close to the train station to get around the city and the hotel staff was able to take care of us for our room and appreciated the stay.

Kind staff, comfy bed. Perfect for a night or two.
2-night trip

2/10 Poor

Charged double, no contact at all with owner
Terrible place. Wanted early check -in and tried for weekes to contact the hotel. No replies on emails and phone. When we arrived another couple was checking in so we got in. Only time for our stay /4 days) we saw a person who was very rude and wanted us to pay in cash claiming our creditcard didn't work so the amount was not taken two days prior to arrival. We managed to pay via the old link where they claimed the card didn't work... Payed once but got two confirmation emails on payment, and yes, the amount was taken out twice. No answer again, hotels.com gave us 10 different answers/repeating themselves/different employee every time etc. Now, after a month, we finally got most of the money back. But rude personnel, the smallest rooms ever, bed as hard as wood, hot water as in boiling in shower, the tiniest sink nearly falling down, no coffee and tea facilities as promised. And no help obviously with anything. Don't stay there.
