First room security latch was broken. Breakfasts are definitely on the cheap side. Coffee station not filled properly in the room. This place is for convenience and not comfort.

6/10 Good

Basic but overpriced
There was a clump of hair between the sheets of the queen size bed. The breakfast was billed as a hot breakfast but waffles were the only hot option- no eggs or sausage/bacon. There was cold cereal and milk and yoghurts.

I paid for a room with a tub but was given a handicap room with a shower right by the lobby. Woken up repeatedly around 4:30AM due to breakfast being set up and the News being turned on loud in the lobby. Animal crackers on the floor by the bed, sheets stained and something squirted then dried on the walls. Breakfast was not appetizing and therefore skipped.

8/10 Very Good

We chose this hotel because they have an indoor pool. The only downsides were the pool was really cold and the chlorine level was high and turned blonde hair green. We enjoyed the breakfast options. We still had a good time.

Room was just ok. Mattress was uncomfortable/worn out. Vending machine was empty. Also had problem with the washing machine. Left clothes soaked. Won't be coming back

They need MUCH better housekeeping staff and a fair bit of repair. The hot tub was cold and has been for some time. Definitely sub-par.

2/10 Poor

Would not recommend.
Check in was easy, but that’s about where it stopped. I killed at least 25 fruit flies in the room (I had no food in the room). Found three other dead bugs, sheets and towels were threadbare, stains and hairs on the sheets and the blow dryer didn’t work. Would not recommend.

We had a stain on the sheets and had the desk clerk remake the bed with different sheets. The staff was friendly and the room was pretty clean.
